How To Talk To Kids About Israel Today
It has been one week since Hamas brutally attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, a day that saw the tragic loss of over 1200 lives, injured hundreds and saw 150 people taken into Gaza as hostages. Many of us are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and emotional as more graphic images and videos are released.
It is hard to know how to talk about these events, especially with children. We want our children to feel safe, and at the same time, share honestly and in an age appropriate way.
